CTET July 2026 - Quick Info + Expected Notification

Bhaiyon-Behno, bada update hai CTET July 2026 ke baare me. CBSE ne is saal July session skip karke directly September 2026 me merge kar diya. Agar tum "CTET July 2026" search kar rahe ho, toh actually ye CTET September 2026 ban gaya hai. Notification 11 May 2026 ko release ho chuka @ ctet.nic.in. Apply window 11 May - 10 June 2026 chal raha hai. Exam 6 September 2026 (Sunday). Paper 1 (Classes 1-5) + Paper 2 (Classes 6-8) dono available. 150 Q, 2.5 hours, no negative marking, 60% qualifying. MEGA UPDATE: CTET certificate ab LIFETIME valid hai. July edition expect kar rahe the toh same form bhar do - July alag se nahi aayega is saal.

Last date 10 June 2026, 11:59 PM - portal end pe slow hota hai, 5 June tak finish karo.

CTET July 2026 Eligibility (Paper 1 vs Paper 2)

Paper 1 (Classes 1-5 - Primary Teacher):

• Class 12 me 50% marks (SC/ST/OBC/PWD: 45%) + 2-year D.El.Ed pass ya appearing, YA
• Class 12 me 50% + 4-year B.El.Ed pass/appearing, YA
• Class 12 me 50% + 2-year Diploma in Education (Special Education)
• Important: Supreme Court order ke baad B.Ed walon ko Paper 1 me allow NAHI hai primary teacher posts ke liye.

Paper 2 (Classes 6-8 - Upper Primary Teacher):

• Graduation pass + 2-year D.El.Ed pass/appearing, YA
• Graduation me 50% marks + B.Ed pass/appearing
• B.A./B.Sc. me 50% + 1-year B.Ed (NCTE recognised)

Age: Minimum 17 saal, upper age limit NAHI hai. Final-year B.Ed/D.El.Ed students bhi provisionally apply kar sakte hain.

6. Fee pay online, receipt save
7. Submit karke confirmation PDF download

CTET July 2026 Exam Pattern + Syllabus Overview

Sections (Paper 1): Child Development & Pedagogy (30), Language 1 (30), Language 2 (30), Mathematics (30), Environmental Studies (30). Sections (Paper 2): CDP (30), Language 1 (30), Language 2 (30), Maths + Science YA Social Studies (60).

Qualifying: 60% marks (90/150) for General, 55% (82/150) for SC/ST/OBC/PWD.
